S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC M. SRL Iași.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimatul Primarul Municipiului Piatra-Neamț.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata Dosarului nr. 6557/99/2010 al Tribunalului Neamț, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendată la data de 2 octombrie 2012.
