S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții L.I. și L.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții L.I. și L.V. și intimatul M.N.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1216/206/2012 al Judecătoriei Câmpulung Moldovenesc, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 12 decembrie 2012.
