S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții I.M., SC I.M.C. SRL, S.M.A. și S.S.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții I.M., SC I.M.C. SRL, S.M.A. și S.S.M. și intimații SC I.D. & C. SA și SCA H. și A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.
