S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC A.T.P.R. SA prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 3571/103/2011 al Curții de Apel Bacău.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petenta prin avocat G.C. și intimata SC M.I.E. SRL prin D.M.S., conform împuternicirii pe care o depune la dosar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de L.V., procuror în cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Î.C.C.J.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen de judecată la data de 30 mai 2013.

Avocat G.C. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susține și oral.
