S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul L.I.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul L.I., personal, lipsind intimata C.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.
