S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul B.D. și intimații A.S.P., S.C.M.U. Botoșani, SC D.B.A. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
