S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Ministerul Justiției.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații T.E.R., Curtea de Apel Pitești, Statul Român - prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice, Consiliul Național pentru Combaterea Discriminării.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 23007/109/2012 al Curții de Apel Pitești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat în baza art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ.
