S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.D.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații F.C. și F.Ș.R.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 29889/245/2012 al Judecătoriei Iași, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 27 mai 2013.
