S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul T.L.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații B.C.R. SA, A.A., SC C.S. SRL, T.C.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
