S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta P.A.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7112/83/2012 al Tribunalului Satu Mare, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 30 mai 2013.
