S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Orașul B.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimatul Radu Marius. Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș. Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ., la 2 aprilie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
