S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.M.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimații L.V.S., B.B.C., B.D., C.M. și L.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 24 mai 2013.
