La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petenta reprezentată de avocat A.T., lipsă fiind intimații V.M. și A.N.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ. la 18 martie 2013.

Avocat A.T. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.
