S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta L.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta L.M. și intimații Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare, Statul Român, prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 12 decembrie 2012.
