S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta T.S., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 8753/107/2010 al Curții de Apel Alba Iulia.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta T.S. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Alba.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.
