S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta SC V.R. SA, prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 1395/90/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta SC V.R. SA și intimații D.I. și D.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 05 decembrie 2012.
