S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul M.M., lipsă fiind intimatul Casa Județeană de Pensii Dolj.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., judecata dosarului de fond, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 29 noiembrie 2012.
