S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul SC V.R. SA.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa părților: petentul SC V.R. SA și intimații M.D., M.A.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
