S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.C.J.U. Arad.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, respectiv petentul S.C.J.U. Arad și intimata SC G.T. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a cărei strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 21 noiembrie 2012. Se mai referă și faptul că intimata SC G.T. SRL a depus întâmpinare la 22 noiembrie 2012, însoțită de copia unor înscrisuri.
