S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta R.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta R.M., personal, lipsind intimatul R.N.T.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că dosarul a cărei strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 20 februarie 2013. Se mai referă asupra faptului că petenta R.M. a depus cerere de probe însoțită de copia unor înscrisuri, la data de 17 octombrie 2012.
