Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost legal timbrată.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 27 mai 2013, că intimata G.C. a depus întâmpinare la 10 iunie 2013 și că o cerere de strămutare a aceluiași dosar, înregistrată ulterior celei din prezenta cauză, a fost soluționată, în Dosarul nr. 3029/1/2013, de secția a II-a civilă, la 19 iunie 2013, în sensul anulării acesteia ca netimbrată.

Având cuvântul, procuror Ș.S. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
