Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3070/187/2011 al Tribunalului Bihor, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 28 noiembrie 2013.

Avocat F.N., pentru petentă, a depus delegație de reprezentare și a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
