Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 21 mai 2013.

Avocat A.M. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral. Depune înscrisuri și solicită cheltuieli de judecată.
