Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixați termen la data de 12 iunie 2013.

Petentul D.I.I. depune la dosar dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și timbru judiciar precum și un set de înscrisuri. Solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele expuse verbal.
