Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratiil asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixatj termen la data de 20 iunie 2013.

Se mai referă și că petenta a depus la dosar dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și timbrul judiciar aferent și a solicitat judecata în lipsă.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulată de petenit, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
