Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen la 12 iunie 2013.

Avocat L.T. pentru petenți, pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în scris.
