Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită,

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere a fost soluționat.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
