The High Court of Cassation and Justice (Civil Section I) granted the request to transfer venue, ordering that the civil case in File No. 840/121/2013 of the Galați Tribunal be moved from that court to the Bacău Tribunal, preserving all procedural acts already performed and declaring the decision final (no appeal). The movant sought the transfer of the case due to concerns of impartiality, and although the underlying case had been suspended under Article 155¹ of the Civil Procedure Code at the time of the request, the court nonetheless admitted the transfer motion.
