Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2529/241/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 14 iunie 2013.
