Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 9549/225/2012 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 14 iunie 2013.

Avocat C.V., pentru petent, a depus delegație de reprezentare, precum și dovada achitării taxei de timbru aferentă cererii de strămutare. De asemenea, a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
