Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4081/190/2012 al Judecătoriei Bistrița, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 04 iunie 2013.

Reprezentantul petentei a depus delegație de reprezentare și a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
