S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul R.M.

La apelul nominal au lipsit intimatul K.P.V., petentul R.M. și intimatul Inspectoratul Județean de Poliție Bihor.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 14385/271/2009 al Judecătoriei Oradea a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 14 iunie 2012.

Procurorul solicită respingerea cererii ca rămasă fără obiect.
