La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta C.D. și intimații Comisia Județeană Neamț pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor, Comisia Locală Neamț pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor, C.A. și P.E.
