S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul B.I.

La apelul nominal a lipsit petentul B.I. și s-a prezentat intimata Compania de Navigație Fluvială N. SA prin consilier juridic.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 16749/233/2010 al Tribunalului Galați a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 20 iunie 2012.

Consilierul juridic solicită respingerea cererii ca rămasă fără obiect.
