S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC T. SA.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC T. SA și intimații Prefectul județului Iași, Comisia județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Iași, Comisia municipiului Iași pentru aplicarea legii fondului funciar și M.O.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4207/99/2012 al Tribunalului Iași, a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 26 octombrie 2012.
