S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.A.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta M.A. personal, lipsind intimata SC S.P. SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 5446/193/2011 al Judecătoriei Botoșani a cărui strămutare se solicită s-a soluționat.
