S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul G.G.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul G.G. și intimatele BC I.S. Bank SA - Sucursala Oradea, SC GET M.I. SRL, BNP G.D. și G.L.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
