S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta I.L.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta I.L., prin avocat B.M., lipsind intimata D.T.C.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 18939/325/2010 al Tribunalului Timiș a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecata la data de 3 octombrie 2012.
