S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.C. M.P. S.R.L.

La apelul nominal lipsesc toate părțile: petenta și intimații S.C. M.E.F. M.I. S.R.L. prin administrator M.F.E., S.C. M.E.F. M.I. S.R.L.. prin administrator judiciar LP L. IPURL Drobeta Turnu Severin, CEC Bank S.A. - Sucursala Timișoara.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.
