La apelul nominal lipsesc ambele părți: petenta și intimatul B.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent faptul că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în cauza a cărei strămutare se cere este la data de 26 octombrie 2012.
