S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.L.

La apelul nominal lipsesc ambele părți: petentul și intimata B.O.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de A.B., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent faptul că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, cauza a cărei strămutare se cere a fost soluționată la data de 18 iulie 2012.
