S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 7741/200/2012 al Judecătoriei Buzău, formulată de petenta SC A. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta SC A. SRL, prin avocat A.N., lipsind intimata SC A.I. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.
