S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 2703/202/2012 al Judecătoriei Călărași, formulată de petentul T.I.E.R.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul T.I.E.R., personal, asistat de avocat I.D., lipsind intimata C.S.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul dispozițiilor art. 40 alin.
