S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 17690/197/2007 al Tribunalului Brașov, formulată de petenta C.R.M.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatul L.I., personal, lipsind petenta C.R.M. și intimații Primarul Municipiului Brașov, Primăria Municipiului Brașov, Prefectul Județului Brașov, SC M.C. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.
