S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul F.V.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata SC V. SA Arad prin lichidator SC E. SPRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2236/108/2013 al Tribunalului Arad, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 11 martie 2013.
