S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta K.I.E.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 21 mai 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
