S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul G.G.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat D.E., pentru petent, lipsind intimata SC R.C. SRL.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită. Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1548/110/2012 al Judecătoriei Onești, are termen de judecată la data de 24 aprilie 2013.
