S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta M.C., prin care solicită strămutarea judecării procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 807/32/2012 al Curții de Apel Bacău.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta M.C. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Alba.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat pentru data de 3 aprilie 2013.
