S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 7709/278/2012 al Judecătoriei Petroșani, formulată de petenta SC B.C.R. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat R.D., pentru petenta SC B.C.R. SA, lipsă fiind intimații SC B.C.R. SA - Sucursala Petroșani și U.G.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
