S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 8959/94/2012 al Judecătoriei Buftea, formulată de petentul M.G.C.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimații O.L.M., M.D., Primăria Orașului Voluntari, Ș.l.A., T.M.D., Orașul Voluntari.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, a fost soluționat prin Sentința civilă nr. 444 din 31 ianuarie 2013.
